Competition rules
The values below are read from the same configuration the leaderboards use.
Who can enter
Members with a verified, active MT5 account with a partner broker through our network. One ranked account per member per competition.
Period
From midnight on the first day of the month to midnight on the first day of the next month, , including across daylight-saving changes.
Score
The competition score is the percentage return from trading eligible instruments (), calculated as a .
The month is split at every cash movement; each part's return is measured on the equity at its start, and the parts are multiplied. Deposits, withdrawals, credits and the results of trades on non-eligible instruments are all treated the same way: they change the base your return is measured on, never the score. Floating profit or loss of open non-eligible positions is excluded at valuation.
Commission and swap on eligible trades are included. Open eligible positions count at their value at the close. A member who connects after the start is measured from their first verified data and marked as a late arrival.
Your statistics vs the competition
Your Analytics page covers all instruments you trade. The competition uses eligible instruments only, so the two returns can differ.
Minimums
At least closed eligible positions to be ranked on return, and for the win-rate board. A position closed in several parts counts once. Breakeven positions count as neither win nor loss.
Activity board
Shows each verified member's total lots opened in the month on eligible instruments, normalized to standard lots; closing volume is not counted. It is visible only to verified members, it is informational, and it carries no prize unless a competition's published rules say so. Individual trade sizes are never shown.
Ties
Equal scores (to four decimals) are separated by lower maximum drawdown, then by the earlier first trade.
Conduct and checks
Results are provisional until checked. We may exclude results caused by errors, abuse of broker conditions or coordinated activity between accounts, and we'll tell the member why. Members can dispute a decision within 7 days of provisional results.
Results and prizes
Prizes are those published for that specific competition before it starts; prizes labelled illustrative are not offers. Winners are announced only after results are final. Giveaways, if any, have their own published rules and are not part of the performance competition.
